"For the most part it was good overall. Perfect location when it comes to being close to everything. (Ferries, restaurants, small grocery store & attractions) Hot water, use it wisely. Will run out quick. Bring towels if you need more then one per person. There is two set only. Washer is good but no dryer. Will have to hang clothes outside for it to dry. Do not leave it in the room. Will take 2 days to dry. Trust me. But otherwise, it was a very safe location. "

"A very nice apartment with everything you need to cook a meal. Very convenient location on a bus route. Safe and pleasant area. Only suggestions would be to provide better instructions on using the tv and provide extra bed linens for a 3rd person using the sofa bed."

"View was stunning. However, No Wi-Fi even after I told them. No pillow cases for the first night. Bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Shower stall was extremely small. Could barely pick up the soap if you dropped it. No sponges or liquid dishwashing soup was provided. No directions on how to use the washer and tv. Location is very high up so you either have to pY for a taxi to get to and from you apartment from city below. There are no restaurants...

"The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

"This was a wonderful stay. However, if you do not have a vehicle, every trip to the city is easily $35-$50 each way. The city is very clean with great food & great service! The property manager does not respond very quickly. I needed a taxi and never got a response. If we go back to Lugano, we will stay closer to town!!"
