"When I checked in Robin at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The only negative experience that I had was when I checked into Room 412 there was a black bug on the outside of the lampshade on the desk which I had to get rid of. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant."

"All of the staff I encountered at this property were absolutely phenomenal. They were polite, accommodating, and made sure our stay was great. The room was clean. There was an outlet in the room that didn't work, no biggie. We also had an issue with one of our key cards not being activated - which was no problem, they fixed it quickly. The only thing that would've made this property better, is if they allowed pets. Thank you! "
