「This was a very nice, clean and comfortable condo. Plenty of supplies such as utensils, plates, bath towels, etc. Will definitely stay again when in the area.」

「It was on the beach which was wonderful. Room was not as clean as I thought it should be. Bring your own extra supplies such as trash bags. It was comfortable and quite. I would go again. It's close to everything you need or want to do. A huge convienient location. 」

「I had a good time. Some dishes need replaced as had chips in them. Microwave front cover plate kept falling off when we opened the microwave, scared me but it worked fine. The bedrooms were very nice Overall, head a great time. Would definitely recommend. Thank you! 」

「We stayed at the 3rd floor, which was great because the building has a parking garage that is 3 floors, so it was very convenient for us to park at the top and then just walk into our condo. The staff was pleasant. The first 2 days we didnt have internet, there was a glitch with the router, and it was Thanksgiving! But they sent someone over on the day after Thanksgiving and he got it fixed. The in-room jacuzzi was awesome, and the view was also great.」

「The place was nice but the wifi connection was awful! The walk to the beach requires you to cross a road and through soft sand. It was hard but don't bring a cart! They don't roll on that sand well! The beach always smells of dead fish because you're near a pier. Not my next choice!」

「To start, I really did enjoy my time at Tidewater and even with this criticism, I would stay there again. All of these rental vacation condos have a cleaning/resort fee attached, but if I'm paying an extra $300, I don't think it's appropriate to make guests clean before leaving. You are expected to wash all dishes and return them to the cupboards, as well as take out all trash or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. I agree with expecting us to wash them, otherwise people would leave...
