"A really comfy hotel - nice cosy rooms, lovely soft bed (slept really well) and amazingly friendly staff (great level of customer service). The highlight was the included breakfast - breakfast included as standard in my experience has been quite basic, but here the breakfast spread is amazing, and certainly not budget-level. A real treat. I’d go back here in a heartbeat. Fantastic location for events at the Spektrum or Folketeateret."

"Nice hotel. Convenient location. Nice breakfast options. Good green initiatives. My room was very noisy. Fans outside going until midnight and people could be heard in the room above whenever the walked around. Curtains dont exactly meet in centre so daylight gets in early. Definitely not a real 4 star hotel."
