"The customer service was TOP NOTCH….. the gentleman working there was absolutely exceptional! When we arrived at our room the tv wasn’t working we called him and he fixed it immediately! The room was smaller than expected but clean! For downfalls the bed was hard and the train going by 3 times throughout the “quiet time” set forward by hotel. We was awoken by the train whistle 3 times throughout the night…. However I should of known that the train track was located right behind the hotel!...
