"The hotel location is extremely difficult to find. All taxi driver do not know the location of the hotel even after we show them the English and Korean address. We booked for three people stay for two nights and they only provided 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels. The reception lobby closed at 10pm and we weren't informed.
