"great and convenient"

"The hotel was quite empty so there was a lot of room. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The king room overlooked Lake Michigan which was nice. The hotel is old and could use some updating. The elevator doors were not the cleanest. Our room had a broken towel bar which could hurt someone. We had an accessible room that had a very old shower chair that was nasty....dirty or rusty or both. The restaurant ootions were limited to Kitty OShea's in the hotel. We got to be regulars...

"We had a great stay! Our room was a little tight with 5 people, but we made it work. Staff was super friendly especially Gannett! Loved the view and the pool area. Our room had a little funky smell to it, but overall a great experience. "
