"Loved this hotel. Love the warm chocolate chip cookie on check-in (and they seemed very happy to provide additional cookies whenever I asked during my stay.) Very nice accommodations, good friendly service (always!). An excellent value. Only negative thing is that one elevator was out of service throughout my three-night stay. Would most definitely stay here again."

"After a long day and our luggage not arriving.... uugghhh the entire experience at the Hyatt Regency SFO was a 10/10. The check in seamless, they provided toiletries as we were missing luggage. We had a bite to eat and a drink at the bar which is open late ( thankfully). Then as if not enough we left an item behind that when we called the staff was again 10/10 helping us to get it mailed back to our home. So grateful for the staff. Clean room quiet and comfortable. Big fan of this location. Easy shuttle to the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND "
