2/5 - Disappointing
We were here two years ago. At that time, the gratuity was automatically included with the price of the meal. Now someone seats you, tells you what your table number is and to go back inside and stand in line to order your food and pay for it. Someone else brings water. Someone else brings the food. No one ever comes back to check on you or see if you want more water or tea. The food was good (BBQ Sampler), however the beef BBQ was very salty. We ordered the soup of the day, but what they brought was not what was on the board. No apologies, just said they forgot to change it. When we left, they still didn't change it. If you want dessert, you go back inside to order and pay for it (don't forget your table #) . Then someone will bring it out to your table. I don't recall that anyone introduced themselves. Bottom line, the view over the lake and the food are very good, but no service other than they bring it out to you (McDonalds does that). Also, the salmon salad looked excellent.
