I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite reasonable, but then I was forced to pay a high price again to live for 4 hours, and I actually paid for one night. They took a deposit but refunded my room without notifying me. I said before that if I didn't come back and check out it meant I would stay and they agreed. But then it was bad, and generally not pleasant after one night.
Lost my coat, almost missed my plane, almost stranded my driver's license. The service is very unprofessional.
