"We arrived at 1 oā€™clock exhausted from traveling and asked if we could get an early check in. They donā€™t normally give them. I said we were really tired and now offered to pay an additional fee for the early check-in. She said OK she checked me in and didnā€™t charge me any additional fee. Her energy was so bright and cheery, and her smile was so inviting. I will definitely stay there again."
