"We appreciate all the extra details and effort that the hosts have provided for our stay. The water bottles, snacks and disposable picnic utensils have added to their hospitality. "Great stay at The Custer House! The house was very clean. The multiple bedrooms were able to accommodate all family members. Great location in Custer and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were able to get an early check-in. And, we saw deer nearby. Excellent all-round! Thanks much!"

"This was a great place to stay. The cabin was wonderful, the quiet was excellent, and it was easy to access. I would have given 5 stars, but some basic amenities like hand soap and shower soap should be provided or it could be clearer that these basics will not be there. An extra blanket for anyone staying during the colder months would also be appreciated. Other than that, I loved it!"

"The check-in to the cabin was easy and the communication with the powers was great. The property was well-kept. The cabins had everything needed to cook all your meals and supplied everything you needed for your stay for showers. It was a great location to get away from town but also close enough to go into town and visit all the areas that you wanted to. Will definitely return. "
