"Good location with a good Spa facility including both steam room and dry sauna, pool was clean with a number of different water jets to soothe the sore muscles, along with an air jet bed. Room was good with a small locket/eating area that was equipped for short stays. There is a bar that has load music close by that could disturb your sleep if you don’t have ear plugs. It was load!! "

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Excellent location. clean, relaxing. The staff was super attentive and always answered the phone. Every need was met and would highly recommend. Close to train station and main street of town. Directions were spot on and everything worked great. Will definitely stay again."

"Everything was excellent except the way to get to the hotel you need to walk up a steep hill prior to getting to the hotel. It is a little difficult for older individuals. "

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"A lovely, comfortable hotel within very easy walking distance of lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Less than 10 minutes walk from the rail station. We had a wonderful room with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was good - lots of choice (continental breakfast) and dining room never felt over crowded. We will definitely return and can highly recommend. "

"The Hotel was perfect. It had everything to make our week in Zermatt perfect -- Great Breakfast, Great Location and very comfortable rooms. They picked us up at the train station and the service never ended until they delivered us back for departure. "
