「Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.」

「There were bugs during the night, flying on top of my bed. The towels had pops. The staff repeatedly pressured us to give a five-star review. The water bottles seemed to be recycled. The route getting to the hotel is bad. Overall, this place was terrible. Don't book it based on the photos and rankings.」

「Convenient nice hotel close to the Expo fairground. Very sweet and helpful staff in general. Comfy beds. They could do with a thermostat on the showers The finish could do with some scrutiny but the design of the hotel is very attractive and I would definitely return. Excellent breakfast 」
