"We originally booked this property because Expedia listed the suites with jet tub jacuzzis. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the property had been renovated and no longer had the jacuzzis. The front desk clerk, Megan, did her absolute best to accommodate us. She truly went above and beyond, which we greatly appreciated."

"Arrived for a 6 day stay and the hotel was dark, reception desk torn out and appliances everywhere. Workman walked up to me shaking his head saying No,no, no. It was closed for renovations and never informed me or Expedia! Avoid this place. Incompetent and negligent management.Never had a hotel do this in my50 years of travelling around the world"
