The receptionist bothered to look up my account, and I realized that I was not getting points for my stays. Again, a bit extra on her part. Even if an employee was not interacting with me, they always smiled and acknowledged by presence in passing. As I said, it’s the small things that matter,"

"The staff did a great job accommodating me for my birthday in addition to the snowstorm we had. I was able to book 2 additional days and Valet parking is the only option but the staff is excellent and they have underground parking. The rooms were clean and they have a restaurant that’s open for breakfast and dinner only. 5/5 stars!"
