I like the location of this hotel. Very close to the airport and train station which is underneath the airport complex. I choose this hotel because of the convenient and free airport shuttle. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff very kind and helpful. The hotel has a small restaurant. My stay was very pleasant.

This is for people flying in and out- nowhere near the Grand Center etc., but that’s not the point. Clean and convenient place to stay.

Pros: mostly clean, bar and restaurant open decent hours, comfortable bed, easy to access and quick airport shuttle, nice staff. Dinner was good! Cons: Bathroom shower floor was a little dirty (didn’t bother me because everything else was very clean,) breakfast food wasn’t great quality even though there was a lot of it. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and comfy hotel. The last shuttle from the airport is around 10:30PM, so if you arrive later, you are on the hook for a taxi (about 20 euros for just a 5 min ride).

El shuttle que ofrecen no estaciona en un área de fácil acceso para los pasajeros con equipaje, se tiene que caminar al otro lado de la calle y el hotel no ofrece ayuda para trasladar el equipaje ni al área de shuttle ni a las habitaciones. Deben indicar que no tienen estas facilidades.

Works well for an early flight
Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. The room (perhaps got the hotel.com special?) was clean but small and had a very strange layout - not like other Novotel I’ve stayed in. The restaurant was good but very busy and seemed understaffed. All in, with the free shuttle the hotel works very well for an early flight. I would stay here again.
