"I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"The room was nice, but they gave me and the person ahead of me in the check-in line the wrong room, which was frustrating for both of us. I booked a superior room which two queen sized beds, but they initially gave us a room with just one bed. However, once I went back down they fixed it quickly which was appreciated. "
