"A wonderful visit to this beautiful, well run and happy pub. Genuinely a delight to spend time here. All the staff are excellent, special recognition to Elijah, Hobbs and Kelly for being above and beyond brilliant. Also, Adam made checking in quick and easy. Car park is handy and the number plate system is very simple to use. Food was delicious (we ate in both evenings) and the chef was very happy to accommodate our special dietary needs. "We loved being at Knoll House Hotel… it was like stepping back in time … such an interesting history and it was warmly welcoming. We loved the spa and outside pool and being near the sea for swimming . The staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. We had a room right at the back of the property which was very peaceful. I’ve heard that developers are knocking at the door but please don’t change anything about this Hotel. We love it just the way it is. Keep it...

"Room itself was a bit dated but breakfast was really nice and made to order with a view of Poole harbour. Location is 9 minutes walk from the beach but you can’t really see it unless you’re in the dining room or specific rooms I believe "

"Beautiful hotel/pub with a great location near the beach. The room was comfortable with all amenities and some lovely personal touches (the toiletries were excellent and the homemade chocolate treats were, well, a treat!) The food in the pub was also great. Will stay again!"
