"Great customer services, the bed was comfortable, give a 4 for clean because the room had a particular ordor and not sure if it was what they use to clean but overall the room/sheets & bathroom was clean, definitely will recommend and stay again."

"Overall it was a good hotel experience. Great location and easy access to the city and subways. Staff was friendly. One downfall was they didn't have a microwave or any other way anywhere in the hotel to heat up left overs. Also, didn't have a small fridge to keep cold beverages. Other than that, great place to stay."

"Great location, there's no resort fee, there's complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate downstairs. There's also free wifi, hair dryer and refrigerator in my room. I'd stay here again. "

"Good location for a Brooklyn stay. Clean and new-ish furnishings. Room was cozy small, great shower. Hallways were a bit noisy but calmed down by midnight. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room cleaning was great. "
