"This was our third trip back to the hotel. It's a great place in the middle of the new forest, peaceful and rural. In the morning there are quite often horses and donkeys outside the hotel. The staff are all friendly and polite too, and there is a lovely little pool as well. This won't be our last stay. "

"Quaint cottage and staff were polite. The room we stayed in was nice and bright. There was a very bad damp problem in the en suite especially above the shower, not just on the ceiling but the shower sealant was all black and the bottom of the shower door had not even been cleaned of all the mould. The shower was very powerful and water hot. Skirting of the bedroom was missing exposing the gap between floor and ceiling. Although there was radiator heating the thermostat was loose and difficult...
