「Accomodation was clean and comfortable. Needed a play to stay that wasnt too expensive and this ticked the box. Tea and coffee facilities and hand and shower gel in the room. Towels were plentiful and extra pillows also available in the room. A later checkout would make the stay even better. We were out and about so only spent a small amount of time in the room. We walked into moreton in marsh which wasnt too far, about half an hour.」

「The communication with the manager was excellent. You are able to park in a secure car park using a code. The room is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The location was excellent, especially for the racecourse, and near excellent restaurants and the town centre. A*」

「Great, centrally-located property. The appartment was modern, clean &spacious. The staff were friendly & helpful. I had a room above the pedestrianised area which meant there was a bit of noise from people leaving the pubs but it soon died down. I'd stay again.」

「Very nice hotel, room was nice with everything you would need and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. The only negative was the sofa bed. I think they need vast improvement as it was extremely uncomfortable with next to no padding. This unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. That being said, i would still happily return, i would just reserve 2 rooms rather than sharing.」

「The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water but the pressure was not as good as at other hotels we have stayed at but was still okay. Our room was near the lift so had the constant lift ding all night plus the sound of other guests talking in the hall. Other than that there was no exterior road noise to be heard. The Club Lounge was fine but located on the ground floor with the other dining facilities and not on a Club floor as you’d expect. It was small but...

整體還好，但只有又高又斜的樓梯，沒有升降機

"環境，房間都是很好的。包早餐是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。"
