"We were pleasantly surprised as wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Everything was as promised, room was large, clean, comfortable and warm. "We had a lovely stay. The room was really nice and the bed very comfy. The hotel lacked a little atmosphere but it was January. The one area of improvement would be around the spa, the treatments we had were excellent but the spa rooms are in the hotel and nowhere close to the pool/sauna etc. As such you go in your clothes, then put them on after, so our clothes go the residue oil/creams on them. I would have given 5 stars but sadly it was very noisy due to being next to road, the bed and pillows were also rock hard (that’s just a personal preference liking a softer one!) "Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "
