「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「The parking lot needs a lot of work. There are several pot holes. It needs to be resurfaced. The rooms that I stayed in, both needed new drywall, as 1 had a hole and one, the paint was coming off in the bathroom. Breakfast needs to be better. Coffee, juice and mini muffins is all that was offered.」

「Clean and well cared for property. There was low occupancy and I asked for a lake view room and was denied. I thought that was unnecessary. I got an excuse about my reservation (via Orbitz) not having been paid for by Orbitz yet. Since I had no control over that I thought it was a very poor excuse. 「We discovered our new go to place to stay in Canandaigua! We visit often to see family and often have a hard time finding a nice place to rest our head that is close to family, nice and affordable. Canandaigua Guest house reminded me of a Kimpton Boutique Hotel, my favorite. The rooms were very clean, exquisitely decorated, and comfy beds.
