All i can is please dobt stay here if cleanliness is an issue no house keeping at all only if u stay over 7 days ?? So we had to sleep in tge same sheets yse the same towels toilets not cleaned - cant wash cups - The manager was rude .She told me their is no house cleaning stated in their fine orint on the website ! But i booked through Exoedia and does not state sny where on there ! Be warned dobt stay here if cleanliness is an issue ! I was forced to stay here as i could not find any accommodation near my propery as i was renovating! ! Never again will i book at this hotel id rather stay in a caravan park !

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot water in the shower is reliable, and there is tea/coffee in the room. There is free outdoor parking on site. However I didn't realise when booking there is NO staff whatsoever (I suppose I should have read description better). The check in process is confusing as the website is glitchy and I had to email to confirm that all details received. The hotel then send you a pin code via email/sms to access the hotel and room. Many people were standing at the entrance to the hotel as they had trouble getting the pin codes to work (mine worked fine), which made me question the security of the place as many people just followed me inside after I opened the main front door. As a single woman staying here, I didn't feel safe to go out after dark here. Would I stay here again? If there was no other option for a single night stay and the rate was cheap enough. But it was a very strange experience - not really like a hotel. More like a hostel or half way house (but you get your own bathroom at least!)

Do not ask if you want clean towels, ot have your room serviced or even talk to other people at the hotel because they will evict you and leave you homeless.

The motel was very clean comfy beds not a lot of room but bearable staff very friendly and helpful only downside was some of the guests with noise and a few arguments in the wee early hours of morning .The secure front door was not secure could just pull open but to the motel credit a security guard was on all night .will stay again great location

No staff to assist on bookin. The link to access motel wasn't working. Assistance from staff on phone wasn't helpful. The cleaning staff went beyond their duties to assist clients.

Only book here if you’re desperate
We had some issues with our stay. As there is no reception, you just use a code to access the building. Our code didn’t work. We called the company to get support but they didn’t answer (went to voicemail). We tried again 20mins later and fortunately got through. Secondly, there is a chemical smell in the building, kind of like cleaning products. Thirdly, there was dirty underwear on the floor in our room from a previous guest, disgusting.

The Imperial Motel was an interestingly different experience: all booking done online and no staff at the property. The property however was clean, the room was quite small but completely adequate, and there was ample parking (though I think you need to be heading south to access the parking area). My only objection is that to make the booking the motel not only required credit card info (as is common) but also a scanned copy of ID with name, date of birth, place of birth etc (i.e. a passport or driver's licence). In other words they collect all the info that could be easily used to steal your ID or access your account. They say they delete the ID after your stay, but there is no way at all of checking. I refused to send all this info and in the end sent my driver's licence with my day and month of birth covered up ... but they really, really should not be requiring this, and perhaps Wotif could take a look at this requirement.

The room was basic but ok. The fact that there were no onsite staff seemed to attract a pretty shady clientele. I saw on a review that they witnessed drug deals in the carpark and would not be surprised...dont stay here.
