"I stayed there Thursday, Friday as well, the TV was a issue, dark screen and blurry. Outside of what I've mentioned things were great. Staff was very pleasant, also the location was very convenient for me"

"We just booked this hotel for one night because we were going to the United Center to see jelly roll and although it's is older it was very clean which was the most important to us and the beds were comfortable and the girl at the desk was very nice"

Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop, an IHG Hotel

"You was the best hotel and really fast service too great house keeping too I really enjoy staying there great meal too enjoy it all just only thing is need a closed in smoking area for guest to block the wind off on side on the front building that just about it other wise it was a great place to stay and enjoy the bed more got great good two night sleep Thank you so much Lenn J Tupper."

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and well maintained. We have decided this will be our go to hotel when we want to spend the night in the city. We didn’t bring our dog but it is a plus that we have that option when staying here, also. "
