"We stayed for two nights/one day at the Phoenician with our 4 and 6 yo kids. The reason my overall rating is not excellent is because the splash pad, waterslide and whirlpools were all broken the day we were there. The splash pads and whirlpools did get going midafternoon, but the waterslide remained out of order. "Beautiful property on the lake. Incredible sunsets from the room balcony! We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the lake and both meals were fantastic. Geese and ducks are so adorable on the property. Great for kids if they like to feed the ducks. "

"It was close to the concert venue my friends and I attended. It was walking distance to the concert and restaurants. They had wine after we checked in, that was nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful."
