"Good price, professional customer service. Downside: 10:30 am wakeup call that I didnt ask for. Floor hadnt been mopped because a sticky substance (like dried up juice) was in the doorway and by the bathroom door and the final flaw was the one dead beetle behind the mattress and the one on the floor. BUT it was not a bedbug. So it was a minor creep out. Overall, the room served its purpose. "

"I have stayed at Hotel ZaZa Memorial many times. The management and staff are always top-notch and accomodating. My last visit my room was near the highway and too loud to sleep. Alexis (manager) was really sweet and offered a different room. MUCH better. The ZaSpa is always amazing also! Can't wait to return when the pool is open!"
