「When I reserved through Expedia I paid for breakfast for 2. Once checked in, the lady in the front desk said our reservation didn't include breakfast. I showed her my reservation details and she only wanted to honor breakfast for 1cerson.」

「We had an incredible one night stay at the Hotel Ruby Marie. The room was comfortable and very nice (room 26). Staff was friendly, especially in café for breakfast. We also checked out the attached bars and had amazing late night burgers ($5!!!!). You made our trip great, if we ever make it back to Madison-- this is where we will stay. Affordable, comfortable, clean, free parking, happy hour vouchers, yummy breakfast-- we couldn't have asked for more. Except for maybe how to turn down the...

「I had a great stay. There is valet parking, but honestly I never used it. just took advantage of the two hour parking around the area. If you move your car by 10am every morning to a new spot, you get another two hours. easy peasy. the room was clean and I like the stash closets on every floor. you can grab towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo conditioner, even razors and shaving cream. the coffee is yummy too. 」

「Very nice setting. Comfortable renovated saddlery building. Very convenient to walk to restaurants and events. Only complaint has to do with the lack of sound barriers between units. It sounded like our neighbors were in our unit. Otherwise, a very nice place. 」
