Only not 5 star things were 3 sets of key cards not working & I thought the bed & pillows were horrible, but I usually sleep on a very soft mattress topper. My bad for not bringing my own pillow. Very nice place & super kid friendly. They are religiously based."

"The entire hotel is spotless from the office to the dining area to the rooms. They are constantly cleaning. The beds are so comfortable I could stay in it all day if I didn’t have shows to see. The staff is so personable and willing to help with every question we had about places to go and what to see. We come to Branson 8-10 times a year and always stay here now. The area is safe and convenient to everything. I would give Scenic Hills a 10/10. Delores Mullings"

"The check in clerk was like you are bothering me. Didn't say anything about breakfast or other things you need to know. They advertise hot breakfast, there were no breakfast at all not even a continental breakfast. The hotel office did not open until 9 AM. So the people either had to wait until 9 AM to check out or just leave if you need to leave early. usually have good service at this hotel but not this time. If they are not going to serve breakfast in the winter months, they do not need to...
