"The room was spacious, clean and quiet!! The restaurants on the first floor had amazing food with great service. Overall the entire staff throughout Horseshoe was phenomenal!! They are very kimd, respectful people. We will be back!!"

"Didn’t stay there I booked the Erin extended stay and they wouldn’t refund my money 10 min after I made a reservation on line ! Sad that people are so greedy . So to everyone out there bossier Cityextended stay is freaking terrible . I’m really glad I counlnt stay there . So thank you Bossier City extended day for absolutely robbing people."
