「Das Restaurant verfügt nicht über eine Rezeption und ist auf Events am Wochenende ausgelegt. Dies sollte man unbedingt wissen, ich habe dies erst kurz vorher herausgefunden. Es gab keine info vor Anreise über die Schlüsselübergabe, erst auf Anfrage habe ich diese erhalten. Das ist etwas schade. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen im polnischen Hinterland. 「Das Diamentbist jetzt nicht das klassische Luxushotel und die Einrichtung ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist perfekt! Wenn man einen sauberen Platz zum Schlafen sucht, kann man dieses Hotel ohne weiteres buchen. Es liegt fußläufig zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Gliwice Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen. 」

「This property was great, after an other local virtual check in failed to send me instructions to get in, this place accepted my book couple of hours prior and I arrived and 1 am and got checked in and sorted formalities, reception say on the day spoke English which was a relief at that time in the morning, the room much more presentable that most Travelodges in the uk, can’t argue with price as was £25, no complaints for the price and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again 」

「The noise from corridor was uncomfortale. The hot water takes some time, separate faucet for cold and hot water - prolonging time, wasting of water. Low light in bathroom.. No refrigerator, from the web it was not clear that the bella note is separate building. But the room are very nice, personal very nice as well.」

「Het was niet fijn daar alles is vies kapot of niet aanwezig. Bedwantsen wel aanwezig. Douche te vies om onder te staan. Vloer te vies om overheen te lopen. Dichtbij centrum maar daar mag je door werkzaamheden nu niet lopen. Ligt in een vervallen wijk. Totaal geen vriendelijke personeel niet engels sprekend. 1 ster is nog teveel gelukkig heb ik mijn geld terug gekregen. Wc zit in de douche ruimte dus als men gaat douchen kan jij niet naar de toilet. Vaste Oekraïne bewoonster dronken met 3 ...

「Very pleased with our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good size, warm, pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Kettle and coffee/tea in room. Good size bathroom with shampoo etc supplied. Free parking outside and also at rear of premises. Breakfast at an extra charge was good but not the best thing about our stay. Will definitely stay again. A+++」
