Lenny was great, and the cleaning service was excellent. However, I found the bartender from Venezuela to be unprofessional. She treated me poorly from the first day until I left, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I should have been able to relax and enjoy my stay, but instead, I constantly felt uneasy.

Extremely warm, friendly and attentive staff. Enjoyed the boutique feel, comfortable rooms and colorful historic neighborhood with awesomely diverse, authentic and delicious food choices within walking distance from taco carts to wine bars to brunch spots.

This place was just amazing, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were in excellent condition and the service was top notch. I will definitely be coming back here.
