The hotel itself is wonderful; clean and modern. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious, great variety of fruits, breads, rice and drinks! The Staff were very attentive from the reception to cleaning personnel, restaurant staff and room service!! Unicentro Mall is just steps away and there is an exito supermarket that is open 24hrs! There are a few dining options right next to the hotel but close early even on weekends unfortunately! Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay and are looking forward in staying here again!

From the moment we stepped into Sonesta, we were captivated. The lobby was breathtaking, with soaring ceilings and a stunning chandelier. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, anticipating our every need before we even knew we had them. Our room was a masterpiece of modern elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views from the balcony were simply spectacular. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, where the service was impeccable and the food was exquisite. The hotel's amenities were beyond amazing!

The one thing I didn’t like about the hotel is that there were parties every weekend in the hotel with loud music lasting until 02:00AM. One of the hotel staff members even came to my room to measure the decibels of the music when there was a quiceñera going on and confessed that the music was in fact way too loud. However, nothing was done to lower the volume and this really negatively influenced my stay at the hotel. I came to Bogotá for a business trip and the parties in the hotel made it impossible for me to get a good night sleep. But overall I do like the area and the hotel itself is clean and offers a great breakfast.

This is a wonderful Hotel chain. They have exceeded my expectations. All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I had a comfortable stay and looked after every detail, nothing was overlooked. The restaurants in and around the hotel are well service and provide a variety of delicious culinary delights.
