「I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates...

「Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again. 」

「This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. 」

「While the room itself was in good condition and the host was responsive when I arrived (2 guests) there was only one towel awkwardly hanging in the closet that was soiled and the only additional towel was in the shared kitchen cabinet (still only 1 towel) additional guests left dishes around in kitchen that smelled and upstairs neighbors had a extremely loud party that lasted until 8am!」
