"We were pleasantly surprised by the location, next to a river and bridge. The hotel is well appointed with a welcoming staff. We had a front facing twin room which was spotlessly clean with a good selection of drinks and toiletries and comfortable. "Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. "Beautiful b&b. We loved our room which was full of character. Joel & Tracey went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable even though we were only staying one night. The breakfast was amazing. The only small negative is the nearby church bells which chime through the night. A great place to stay when visiting North Wales. "

"the rooms were very nice and clean, the downside was on the days that the weather was bad, we were cold, the little heater in the sitting room did not warm up the room. The window in the kitchen was open and was too high to reach and close. The shower stall could do with some sort of mat to prevent anyone slipping and hurting themselves. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The hallway and stairs to our room was always clean."
