The weather was beautiful so we decided to extend our stay for an additional day / night. Though they were clearly busy, they made this work for us dnd allowed us to remain in our same room. "Fantastic front desk staff. Exceptionally clean. No hassle anything. Patio is my favorite place with their delicious free in room coffee. You just can’t get all of this anywhere else for 3x the cost. Pool and spa were perfect temps. Service at the poolside tiki bar was outstanding. Found it a month ago. Back twice already. Whatever negative reviews you ve read, I assure you the issues have been resolved. Trust a frequent traveler. "
