「The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and finely decorated. One can definitely have a good night rest considering the quietness of the area and the comfortable beds. The bathroom is ample with clean crisp towels and they indicated that tap water was potable (apt for drinking). Jorge was very attentive and provided very clear instructions before our arrival. 「Living in the midst of greenery in a touristic place like Arenal was most appealing. Checkin was easy, parking was convenient. As expected in a green place, there are bugs. Would have liked If the doors were screen protected. This would have allowed us to experience the nature outside better..」

「Beautiful place to stay! Comfortable and the staff were all friendly. The only problem was the dogs barking for hours on end. They were likely the neighbors packs of dogs but could still be heard quite loudly which was annoying. The last night the sweet little dog at the hotel started in with them around 3:30 am waking us up. 」

「酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。」

「Very good location, walkable to restaurants, a bank and the park. Good size rooms, clean, with AC and a mini fridge. The pool is very nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. For breakfast there are a few options to choose from and it is delicious.」
