"The person checking us in was AMAZING! I believe her name was Jackie, but I was exhausted when we arrived after delayed and missed flight connections. I mentioned in passing we had no clean clothes, and she immediately let us know about the free laundry facility and provided a detergent package and laundry sheet. She also sent up a robe and slippers. Truly excellent service. All with an infectious smile to boot! "

"This trip was our proposal weekend. I was, of course, incredibly nervous about timing everything so that I could propose before we got into our room, especially since I was planning to do it off-site and I knew once we were checked in we would spend the day enjoying the Gaylord's amenities. Fortunately for us, the front desk team were incredible co-conspirators. They helped me coordinate the day, gave us a complimentary upgrade, and sent us a free bottle of champagne and desserts. After I proposed, the team went even further above and beyond my expectations by sending up a card all of them had signed for us. That little gesture means so much to me and my fiancee. We will definitely be back."

"Pros - Plenty of parking in front of the property - Shuttle to/from the airport - Continental breakfast provided - Clean room and facility - Quiet neighborhood (amusement park across the street was closed for the season) - Requested extra towels which were delivered promptly Cons - Was traveling with two senior relatives but didn't see enough handicapped parking out front - Housekeeping doesn't come daily, only upon request - The toilet seat bowl was longer than the seat. It functioned properly, but for appearance sake it just looked odd. - There was no safe in the room."
