"My partner and I had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms are very small, but this is to be expected in NYC. Very nice modern touches throughout the property and convenient lockers for your luggage can be used before/after check out. A couple things that could’ve been better: -our water glasses, for drinking, were not changed once over out 4 day/3 night stay. "This was the best hotel I searched forever for. Chic, clean and safe. The only hiccup I will say is the elevators are so fast they do make you feel dizzy. However can be easily over looked because the location is everything the staff are super nice and friendly and accommodating within reason when they can! I highly recommend everyone go here!"

"Extending the stay was problematic and i was never informed that i needed a new card after extending the stay Wasnt informed until after i paid 250 thatvut was 200 to extend and this was after 11am checkout time. Other wise no issues"
