Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negstive was the pub, there was one table just finishing their meal and the waitress told us that she was slammed and thst there may be a delay for our service. Decided not to wait and go get a pizza and they were out of crust. Pool was a lot of fun and room was clean.

Great waterpark, something for everyone. Love the lazy river and wave pool. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I would bring your own towels because they were out one day. Beds were very comfortable.

Pretty nice place but issues with A/C. Arcade was very hot and humid, did not seem to have A/C running. Family had rented villas and one had broken A/C and the other did not work well. Rooms in the lodge had been updated with laminate flooring instead of carpet since we last stayed there and was nice.

Everything was really nice. The only things we had an issue with were the staff at the snack shack was not good. You do not offer decaf cafee and when I asked the woman at the cafe was rude and we could not get towels at the outdoor water park. But otherwise the stay was lovely.
