"I don't normally leave reviews, but can't let this pass. Poor up keep was apparent from the ill fitting curtains and power socket. But really appalling was the lack of hygiene. I found little fly-like bugs in both single beds. Not wanting company for the night I checked out early. I have tried reaching out to the hotel via telephone, email, and hotels.com chat but yet to hear back from them. Perhaps I shouldn’t be surprised about their lack of customer support. "

"Modern and excellent. Ørestad is a great stop that has both subway and trains, making it super easy to get anywhere in Copenhagen. I actually liked staying away from the “downtown core” / touristy area where you get to go back at the end of a long day away from the hustle bustle and also in a safe and easy to get to area. Hotel was clean and got everything one would need. "

"Check in was efficient the receptionist on duty upon our arrival was most helpful even getting us some more pillows and a kettle for the room. Comfortable stay for a two night trip. It is about a 45 minute walk from the airport so would recommend a bus or taxi. Bus is cheaper, taxi is expensive for a short trip to airport. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from nearest train terminal and metro link. "

"I stayed at the Go Hotel for an overnight layover. It’s very conveniently located, just a 3-minute train ride from the airport (24DKK - just over 3 USD). "Very cool hotel with helpful staff in a quiet and cool neighbourhood. It’s a little way from the centre of the city, but public transport is easy. We loved the wine hour and nightcap hour and the decor throughout the hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet."

Not a big deal, just a little confusing."
