"We picked this hotel because they are dog friendly and they have a hot tub. The dog walking area is very nice. They need to refill the dog bag stations - they were empty our entire 5 night stay. The hot tub is out of order (you can use it, but the jets dont work). The room was nice and very convenient with both an inside and outside door. "Clean room, king bed suite. The bummer was being next to the stairs; heard people going up and down. Breakfast was good but nothing changed during our stay. They ran out of decaf coffee and the truck was due after we left. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom could be cleaned better but was adequate. I would stay there again. "

"We were bummed to find out the water park was closed during the entire duration of our stay. Our room key deactivated twice while we were there and had to get another one each time. I never had my phone around the key card either so not sure why that was happening. The bath tub also had issues and the stopper wasn’t working so we called maintenance and they worked on it for about an hour while we were there and it was never actually fixed during our stay. The staff up front was nice usually....
