"Absolutely fab location. Only a short walk to the centre of town and in a very quiet residential ready. Unfortunately however our room was on the ground floor and opposite the air con unit, which sounded as if you were sitting next to a tumble dryer. Although on the surface the room was clean, a ‘deep’ clean would not have gone a miss. Saying that the location was so good, if we were ever back in Key West we might consider staying there again - but in a different room."

"Loved our one night stay in a cute blue room looking over the pool. It was on the second floor with lush tropical trees billowing over the terrace. Downstairs had more rooms and lots of tables with umbrellas and sitting areas. Everything was surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. Wished we could have stayed longer. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever! Was pleasantly surprised they had a light breakfast in the morning with delish coffee. The staff were helpful and friendly....

"Our stay in the Cuba room was lovely for a first time Key West visit. The location is great, very near the iconic Blue Heaven and tucked away in a great neighborhood. "The Artist House had a fabulous location. The staff were friendly, helpful and overall wonderful. The bed was comfortable although on an uneven floor. We had to turn our linens around and sleep with pur head at the foot of the bed. We understand old homes and love the character of them. This one juat llneeds some TLC. Extra lighting in the bathroom, work on the mini split, and some extra cleaning on the walls, ceiling fan and bathroom. You have to take the noise with the location we suppose....

"We loved everything and will absolutely be returning! The one we were in was a cute 1 bedroom with french doors and a nice size bathroom. Decor was perfect. The pool is small but its perfect for the cottages. Entry to the property and room were by electronic code, the front porch was comfortable with the perfect amount of seating and tables. It looks like a little private community. Just loved the stay! The staff were so nice as well. This property is right off of Duval."

"We had a fabulous stay at the Duval Gardens, now part of the Southernmost Beach Resort Hotel (guesthouses) Great location and the breakfast in the morning on the porch was lovely. The beds were a little firm for our liking but other then that the stay was perfect. Kimberly took great care of us and made the stay even better! "

Parking deck is directly across the street. Beautiful pool. Near the water (cruise port), a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, and the Truman Little White House was basically next door. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel."
