"Pull up area to check in had multiple cars parked with no one in them and no guest waiting to check I making it very difficult to get out of the drive. I didn’t care for the scanning of my drivers license with regard to the pre check in my concern is systems being hacked."

"My sisters were @ this location for a special event in this area. Room was clean and well-appointed. That nite, there was a black bug that kept crawling up one of our bedspreads. We would try to catch it and it would fall. Black with wings that it raised at one point. Not a bed bug; not a termite. An unexpected guest for sure."
