Perfect location for walking to the sights or catching public transit. Front desk staff was oriented and very kind and helpful. Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!! Great value for the money!!

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and staff. The room we had was lovely and was spacious and very well fitted out. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and comfortable. We’d stay again when next in Brussels.

Great location and wonderfully hospitable staff that were very obliging. Particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was exceptional. Sadly a few things didn't meet expectations: very poor wifi signal that regularly dropped out across multiple devices in multiple places in the hotel. The gym equipment was very limited and what was available was broken. Our rooms air conditioner was broken which meant we needed to move rooms. The staff were very good about this.
