「they have a private beach but it is bascally a fake one, no beach only tides. We only stayed for two nights and the second night room was cleaned with no towels. we had to contact staff for two times for the towel to be brought over.」

「We had an amazing time at this lovely hotel. On arrival we were greeted by Larry who gave us a tour of the hotel giving us all the information needed for our stay. Our room was large with a balcony and floor to ceiling windows with an incredible view. We had the meal plan and alternated between the two restaurants which were both great with a wide choice of delicious food The beach bar and pool bar and restaurant were really nice with excellent service. I cannot recommend this hotel highly...

「The property was clean but needs some attention cosmetically. The restaurant food from the menu was good. The free Continetal breakfast was sparse and very few offerings. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful.」

Would highly recommend this inn to everyone headed to Bermuda!」

「The property grounds is outstanding, the room was clean and neat, the staff was friendly and helpful. The tv in the bedroom constantly lose signal but the one in the living room worked well. It is not the most modern hotel, but the surrounding view of the ocean and town, and its proximity to downtown makes up for that. Personally, I think Bermuda is the most naturally beautiful place. 」

「Owner and supporting staff are so friendly and caring. Though the location is a bit off from the downtown area of Hamilton, we pretty much enjoyed quiet and relaxing breeze. North shore is 5 min walk, and we enjoyed sunset and morning sunshine.」

「No where and no one to check in. No office. Never serviced room on Day 1 -- no bed made, towels exchanged, dishes washed. No box of tissues, shampoo, lotion -- nothing. And TV does not work for any channel of streaming services shown.」
