We used the hot tub every night and only encountered two other people while using it. We encountered an issue with the room we booked and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, and gave us a free upgrade without any fuss. "I had planned for one night, then changed plans at the last minute because of weather. They were happy to accommodate an extra night. The young woman at check in was friendly and efficient. When I asked for a microwave for the room, they happily supplied one. The room was clean and comfy. I walked into town (very close!) for some fun Christmas shopping. I also happened upon a trail head at the end of a street and enjoyed a little hike up the mountain for a nice view. The Trapp Family restaurant and coffeehouse was a short drive away. Loved my visit in beautiful Stowe! Thanks to Stowe Village Inn for wonderful accommodations! "
