"I love staying at this hotel. It has character, it’s comfortable, clean, and the staff is great (from the doorman to housekeeping). Less than 10-min walk to the subway and Eataly, and the deli next door is fantastic. We will be staying here next time we are in NYC :-)"

"The property was in a great location. The only complaint/concern was the lack of a night guard that was visible. I have stayed in Times Square four times now and every hotel except this one either had an elevator that needed a key to even open it to get in or a visible guard at the door. One night we saw one but he was on the couch on his phone and never even looked up when we came in and went up to our room. "

"The service was amazing very attentive, friendly and accommodating. My girlfriend organized everything and requested an upgrade and Kuma preselected a great room for my 30th birthday and Yvonne did great checking in throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable/ needed anything. Restaurant Aoi on property was exceptional. Amazing food and service. Hotel had a full gym and so many amenities for guests. I was very impressed. "

"The only thing ,you have to provide parking for guest for free.i had to pay for parking over $50 for one night.thats too much."
