"Fantastic hotel ,I cannot fault it . The staff are friendly, efficient and very welcoming. The rooms are luxurious modern and clean. The food is extremely good plentiful and varied. The international restaurant and Sandals are of a very high standard. I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey and the Barut Hemera is the best . "

"The hotel is in a great location if you want to play golf and has plenty of sun beds by the beach and pool so it was never an issue. The restaurant by the beach was good for lunch and the a la carte restaurants were good value. "

"This location is over an hour away from Antalya, no major attraction in the area. The majority of staff does not speak any foreign language, so good luck requesting service! The managers are very unfriendly to customers and rude to their own staff. For three family stay, they refused to give us three door keys, after insisting they gave in with a very bad attitude. "Side is a cute town with Greco Roman ruins to explore and friendly restaurants. It's a 1 Euro Dolmus ride away or a fifty minute walk along the lovely promenade. The hotel itself is pleasant enough. We had an all inclusive deal - a first for us. Handy, because there isn't much in the way of restaurants other than in Side itself and one or two halfway down the promenade.
